Payments, Anti-Fraud & Grievance Policy

This Policy is intended to protect customers, franchise applicants and the Company against fraud, payment misuse, impersonation and communication disputes.

2. Payment Safety Advisory
Customers and franchise applicants should verify all payment requests before making any transfer.
Users should not:
- Transfer money to unknown individuals
- Make payments to unofficial agents
- Trust verbal assurances of guaranteed franchise approval
- Rely on unauthorised WhatsApp messages or social media pages
3. Fake Franchise & Scam Warning
Fraudulent persons may falsely claim association with Happi Tea. The Company does not authorise:
- Fake franchise promises
- Guaranteed ROI schemes
- Unofficial territory allotments
- Unverified investment guarantees
Users are advised to verify all commercial discussions directly with the Company.
4. Verification Requirement
Before making any payment, users should verify:
- Bank account details
- UPI IDs
- Payment requests
- Franchise offers
- Territory claims
- Commercial commitments
through official communication channels.
5. Grievance Redressal
For complaints, support requests or disputes, users may contact the Company with:

- Transaction information
- Screenshots
- Payment proof
- Detailed description of the issue
The Company may request additional information during investigation.
6. Investigation & Resolution
The Company will review complaints internally and may:

- Verify records

False, abusive or fraudulent complaints may not be entertained.
7. Limitation of Liability
LoQal Happi Tea shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

- Fraudulent third parties
- Customer negligence
- Unverified payment instructions
- Impersonation scams outside Company control
